POSITION INFORMATION:

Job Overview: Our client seeks candidates to fill the position of Investment Banking Associate. The Investment Banking Associate will play an important role on the firm’s advisory team, executing a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, restructurings and capital markets transactions. Candidates can expect to receive a considerably higher level of responsibility than at peer institutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Creating detailed financial models used for valuation (DCF, LBO, merger plans, accretion/dilution, comparable company and transaction analysis); preparing marketing documents, including pitch materials, confidential offering memoranda, management presentations, fairness opinions and board presentations; conducting extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk/return parameters of a transaction; supporting senior bankers in their relationship management responsibilities, including interaction with current and prospective clients; and managing, developing and mentoring analysts and other support staff. Accounting and Operations Associate

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work within operations and accounting areas with responsibility for operational, compliance, administrative, and accounting issues for the fund;

• Perform daily and monthly back office duties relating to net asset value calculation, cash reconciliation, fund expenses and payment management, accounts maintenance, and trade confirmations and settlements;

• Conduct portfolio risk analysis and monitor compliance with fund policies and procedures;

Finance and Accounting Manager

•  Assists the Director of Finance with the administration of all general accounting functions.
•  Responsible for the coordination of monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.

Summary
Provide financial guidance CAO,Global CFO, Regional Management as well as the Global Divisional Management.

Functional Responsibility:
