A Contingency Search provides you with the executive your company needs, or there is no fee. You pay only for our services upon hiring one of our qualified candidates. A Retainer Search, however, provides you with a greater level of dedicated attention, ensuring that even the most lengthy and difficult searches come to a positive conclusion. PRI will work with you on Retainer Searches for a fixed cost until completion.
