Lizandra Vega, Managing Partner
Lizandra Vega studied Theater and English literature at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. For several years after graduating, she was a working actress with the Spanish Repertory Theater in New York City; she was also involved in recruiting minority students for her alma mater, attending college fairs as a representative of Wesleyan’s admissions department.
Recognizing an ideal opportunity to capitalize on her recruiting experience, she accepted a position at a major personnel organization in 1995 and quickly built a large and loyal client base. Eventually, she was named Manager of their Wall Street office, which unleashed her entrepreneurial talents; her next step was to co-produce Perennial Resources. Lizandra manages day to day firm-wide operations in addition to personally servicing a select roster of clients within the luxury goods sector. She takes great pride in marketing and branding PRI, and is especially delighted to have come up with the name Perennial Resources International. Perennials are everlasting and green, an intermediary hue, exactly PRI’s principles of existence. Lizandra is an active member of the New York Staffing Association (NYSA) as well as The Association of International Image Consultants (AICI).
