Stephen C. Brown, Managing Partner

A native New Yorker, Steve Brown is one of the Founding Partners of PRI, and currently heads up the Executive Search Practice.  He offers ample years of industry experience as a recruiter, trainer and search professional. Steve excelled through the ranks as a search professional quickly.  In 1999, he was named Managing Director of his then employer, a well known Wall Street search firm. Steve held the largest and most exclusive client database in the firm.  His approach to relationship building is one of the key elements of his successful practice.  He concentrates on earning his clients’ trust because he believes that without trust one cannot begin to solve a client’s problems or focus on their needs.”

Steve has a B.S. in psychology and an M.S. in administration from Fordham University. He started his professional career as an educator and an assistant principal with the New York City public school system before entering the corporate scene on Wall Street.  Steve is a member of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is listed in Who’s Who in American Educators. He is a founder of Save a Generation, a not-for-profit program enabling inner-city high school dropouts to complete their GEDs, receive stipends toward internships, and embark on a fulfilling career path.
